Every blogger comes to a point where they find a big red wall. Why red? I don’t know, its just red. But the point is that its a big obstacle and sometimes they have no idea how to overcome that obstacle.
So answer me this. Are you scared of your blog coming to a halt because of low motivation or maybe even laziness? Don’t know the answer? Well it’s elemental my dear Wattson, you just have to believe in yourself and be positive.
Here are some logical tips for you:
- Maintain yourself positive, always think about the good things you have and that everything comes for good, nothing comes for bad.
- Can’t find good content to write? Visit other blogs, watch the news, subscribe to RSS feeds, subscribe to e-mail newsletters, establish a network of connections. All this helps getting the latest content and helps you get ideas so you can make your own original content on your blog.
- Don’t have connections? Try e-mailing big companies. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don’t. Most of the time they don’t because they think you’re wasting their time. Don’t. Form up a extensive e-mail, make sure its detailed and organized. Make it clean and emphasize your words. Make some letters bold, underline others, and make some words italic. Use this formatting wisely, don’t overdo it. This sometimes attracts the companies attention, but there are other factor I won’t get into detail today.
- Let time pass, if you can’t write just step away from the computer. Go out with friends, go to the cinema, go shopping, call your best friend on the phone. Point is getting your mind off of blogging. When you’re relaxed and ready to write, go on the computer and start those refreshed brain cells.
Good places to get the latest information are:
Bookmark those pages. In my opinion they are the ones that have top quality information. But it also depends on what you’re seeking information on. In any case, just use your search engine of choice to find what you’re looking for. If your blog is about motivation some search words would be, for example: motivation articles, motivating quotes, motivation news, etc.
Its all about searching for information. But your content can also come from your life experience. Share your knowledge, and put it in a way that can help other people, entertain, create consience, etc. So again, its all about believing in your potential to write. Remember that with each article you write on your blog you’ll get better and better. Just be confident, I’m sure you’ll start writing excellent stuff on your blog in no time if you remain positive.
What is a site flipper exactly?
Site flippers are people who take an undervalued asset, they better them, then they flip it (when I say they flip it, I mean they sell them on to other people or companies). Let’s put it this way, site flippers take your junk and they make it their treasure, how about that?
New York Times tells the story of Dave Hermansen, who bought bird-cage.com for $1,800 and sold it later on for $173,000. Impressive, right? But you have to do it the correct way. Some think of selling their site when it reaches the highest value, but what if by then something unexpected happens. Like Google doing one of its random indexing where the pages who were last are now on top and vice-versa. The smart thing to do would be to sell the site while it is active and hot.
The best place to do your site flipping marketing would be on the Sitepoint Marketplace.
Here’s a quote from their latest article on site flipping:
“For anyone seriously looking to sell a web site, though, the SitePoint Marketplace is hard to beat. The average selling price at SitePoint is about $2000 vs. $78 for eBay (according to the NYT), and the sell-thru rate is 35-40% for web sites at SitePoint compared to just 12% or so on eBay. There are more than 1700 sites for sale at SitePoint each month, and many of them sell for considerably high bids”
So as you can see, the Sitepoint Marketplace is clearly dominating the game. So if you’re a website flipper I recommend them for you. That’s all for now, now go on and get flippin’!

“Learn The Exact Strategies I Use To Make A Minimum
Of $10,000 To As Much As $35,000 Per Month Blogging
Part Time - And How You Can Do The Same”
That’s a quote from Yaro Starak. Starak is a entrepreneur from Australia, he works part time from home working on several websites that generate 4, 5 and 6 figure incomes per month. He is mostly recognized on Entrepreneurs-Journey.com or his Blog Tips e-mail newsletter (which has a user subscription of over 250,000).
Starak has set up a coaching program where you pay $97 dollar monthly. You’ll “graduate” in 6 months. I’ve been told this program is extremely effective and reliable. He teaches you how to make a full income doing part time blogging. Amazing, is it not?
I suggest watching the video first than reading the sales page, which is rather large. You’ll see that his material is first rate, and you won’t be losing a dime.
Don’t think of this as advertising, because I’m not getting paid to blog about Starak’s coaching program. I blog about this because I’d like to inform other bloggers out there of this excellent service Yaro Starak has cooked up.
Have I tried it? No, I don’t have the money to do so. But the feedback I’ve heard from the looks of the program are astounding.
You can check out the program here. Good luck!
